Have you ever been in bed when the alarm goes off and you stretch your arms as far as you possibly can? To me, waking up and stretching is the ultimate way to start the day. It simply tells the body that it has had enough sleep, and now it's time to seize the day. What a better way than to start the day with the sun salutation?
